Common women’s health symptoms to watch for

Annual check-ups and routine screenings become more important the older you get, and you should always be on the lookout for unusual changes to your health. The following symptoms are strong indications that you should get tested:

Changes in diet
Weight gain
Decreased energy
Irregular, slow, or rapid heart-beating

Why is it important to monitor general health?

Your general health and wellness is a function of many factors, including lifestyle, diet, and the function of your vital systems. Our general health test measures these basic functions to help you better understand your body, detect early signs of preventable disease, plan for positive improvement, and ensure your body is at its absolute healthiest.

How will this test help me?

Many general health conditions can be identified through simple screening tests and addressed before major health-related issues arise.

For example, over 25% of deaths caused by heart disease and stroke each year are preventable. Only 1 in 5 people visit the doctor for an annual checkup, yet these simple measures can have potentially life-altering impacts.

What’s the benefit of early testing?

Testing for general wellness allows you to establish a baseline for your health and understand your areas for improvement. It also aids your health care provider in assessing potential health risks and developing a more personalized treatment plan. The earlier your test, the sooner you can identify your health problems, feel your best, and live your healthiest life.
